Just you is when the business is you — a portfolio or a one-page card. Starting out is a small business's first proper site; Established adds bookings, payments, a blog or several services. You'll see all three with prices as the first step on the form — not sure, start with Starting out and add anything later.

On Just you, if I don't deliver within 24 hours of your slot, you get every penny back. On Starting out and Established the 50% deposit is non-refundable — it holds one of only three slots a day and comes straight off the final price — but you only ever pay the rest once you're happy with the site.

Hosting is free — I put the site on Cloudflare at no cost to you. A domain (about £10–15 a year) you buy in your own name so it's always yours; I'll send instructions and connect it for free. No domain yet? The site can go live on a free address first.

Online shops with lots of products, logins, custom web apps and big multi-page sites are outside this offer, and so is logo or brand design. If that's what you need, tell me in the form and I'll quote it separately.

Every site ships with the basics Google cares about for a small business: proper titles, a fast load, and mobile-friendly. The SEO add-on (included on Established) adds descriptions, a sitemap and social previews. No one can promise a ranking.

You get a confirmation email with your slot date, and within a few hours I reach out on Slack or WhatsApp — whichever you picked. That's where we go over details, you see the first preview, and you ask for changes. Prefer email? That works too, just slower.

Your business name, the text you want (or rough notes I'll tidy), any photos or a logo, and your contact details. No photos yet? I'll use clean placeholders you can swap later.

It starts on your slot day, not the moment you pay — you'll see your exact slot date before paying. From then it's a preview within 24 hours on Just you and Starting out, or 48 on Established. Usually sooner.

Tell me plainly what's off — Just you includes free fixes for obvious mistakes, Starting out one round of changes, Established two. Need more? An extra round is £20.

Because I build each one myself and I'd rather do three properly than ten badly. It's also how I can promise a preview within a day and mean it.

When you're happy with the preview I send a payment link for the balance, same secure checkout as the deposit. It goes live on your domain as soon as that's paid. Everything's in GBP and cards from anywhere work.

Add the admin panel (+£50 on any tier) and you can edit text and images yourself, no code. Without it, send changes as a batch and I'll handle them, £20 minimum.

You do. When any balance is paid you get the full site files and hosting access, and can take it anywhere — no lock-in, no monthly fee to me.

If I haven't heard from you by your slot day, the project pauses and the slot goes to the next person. Your payment stays valid for 30 days and I'll fit you into the next open slot when you're back.
